Falck Joins Skyliner Tenants

Another international company has joined the tenant portfolio of Warsaw’s Skyliner office building. The global healthcare company, Falck, has chosen the building owned by the Karimpol Group as its new office for their IT department in Poland. It will occupy nearly 1,500 sq. m of space in the Skyliner.

Falck is a Danish founded company specialising in saving and improving the lives of people in need as an international leader in healthcare and emergency response. For more than a century, Falck has worked with local and national authorities to prevent accidents, illnesses and emergencies, to rescue and assist people quickly and competently in contingencies, and to rehabilitate people after illness or injury. Falck operates in 26 countries and has 25,000 employees. Falck has been present on the Polish market since 1993 and currently operates in: Rescue (including Fire), healthcare and IT. Falck’s medical personnel have secured some of Poland’s largest mass events, such as the Warsaw Marathon and Euro 2012. Falck provides hospital transport services for the National Health Fund (NFZ) and emergency medical services under private contracts.

The Skyliner will become the new office for Falcks IT employees in Poland. Falck’s IT employees in Poland will optimise, consolidate and streamline systems and develops innovative solutions for digital healthcare and emergency services. Falck has 80 IT employees in Poland, but the team is constantly expanding. Falck’s IT employees in Poland will occupy nearly 1,500 sq. m in the office building owned by Karimpol. The move to the new space is scheduled for the end of the year.

Falck was represented in the lease by Walter Herz and the building owner by the CBRE Poland team.

Tenants in the building include: Aon, Bolt, Booksy, Capital.com, Coca-Cola Poland Services Sp. z o.o., Colonnade Insurance S.A. Poland Branch, Dom Maklerski X-Trade Brokers (XTB), DXC Technology, iTechArt, Greenville, Look Up, Luxoft, Mattel, MicroStrategy, Noble Securities, Onwelo, Tarkett, Werfen Polska, Wento, Villa Foksal, and global flexible office space operator Mindspace. The office building is also home to MEET & EAT, a restaurant owned by the Nutri Mind Group, and a bakery and café Gorąco Polecam. Smaki z Piekarni (Enata Bread).
