Iconic brand Coca-Cola chooses Skyliner landmark building

Coca-Cola Poland Services Sp. z o. o. has signed a lease agreement for nearly 2,400 m2 of space in Warsaw‘s Skyliner office building. The company will move its Polish headquarters to the Karimpol Group‘s flagship project located at the Daszyńskiego Roundabout in early 2023.

Coca-Cola Poland Services is a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company, owner of leading non-alcoholic beverage brands present in more than 200 countries worldwide. Coca-Cola Poland Services with its over 110 business and shared services employees will move to the new office in the Skyliner building. Coca-Cola Poland Services offers marketing services support of such TCCC brands as: COCA-COLA, FANTA, SPRITE, KINLEY, CAPPY and is trademark owner of local water brands Kropla Beskidu and Kropla Delice.

JLL represented the tenant in the transaction while the Karimpol Group was represented by the CBRE team.

The building’s tenants include Mindspace, MicroStrategy, the brokerage house X-Trade Brokers (XTB), DXC Technology and Luxoft, Colonnade Insurance S.A. Poland Branch, iTechArt, Booksy, Bolt, Mindspace, Onwelo,, Tarkett and Wento. The office building is also home to MEET & EAT, a restaurant owned by the Nutri Mind Group, and a bakery and café Gorąco Polecam. Smaki z Piekarni (Enata Bread).
