Skyliner office building is an award winning, landmark office project located in the new heart of Warsaw Business District (CBD). It is one of the seven tallest buildings in Poland (195 m) and a flagship investment project of Karimpol Group.

It offers 49,000 sq.m. of rentable space on 42 floors. At 165 m high, there is a two-level Skybar with extraordinary views of the Warsaw skyline. The Skyliner has the highest office lobby in Poland, as high as 16 meters. The building is equipped with state-of-the-art technology including 21 high-speed lifts (up to 7 m/s) with a smart touchless service system, as well as the SkylinerApp building application.

Skyliner office complex will soon gain a new space. APA Wojciechowski studio’s team also designed its second stage – Skyliner II tower. The 130-meter-high office building will be built at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw’s Wola district and will occupy a place right next to the first stage of the investment. Skyliner II will offer 24,000 sqm.
