Recipients of personal data

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data:

Right of access to your personal data (Article 15 GDPR) – you have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether we are processing your personal data and, if so, you can access your personal data, including obtaining a copy of your personal data and obtaining individual information about the processing of your personal data (such information is generally covered in the Privacy Policy). 
  2. Right to rectification of personal data (Article 16 GDPR) – you have the right to request us to immediately rectify any personal data that is inaccurate. You have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data where the purpose of the processing so requires.
  3. Right to erasure of personal data: “right to be forgotten” (Article 17 GDPR) – you have the right to request the immediate erasure of your personal data and we are obliged to erase it without undue delay if one of the following circumstances occurs:
    1. the processing of your personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
    2. you have withdrawn the consent on which the processing of your personal data is based and there is no other legal ground for the processing;
    3. you have objected to the processing of your personal data and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
    4. you have objected to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes;
    5. your personal data have been unlawfully processed;
    6. your personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Polish law.

We may refuse to enforce your right to erasure if one of the grounds provided for in Article 17(3) GDPR arises (e.g. the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims).

  1. The right to restriction of the processing of your personal data (Article 18 GDPR) – you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in the following circumstances: you contest the accuracy of your personal data – for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of your personal data; the processing of your personal data is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of your personal data and request the restriction of their use instead; we no longer need your personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of your legal claims; you have objected to the processing of your personal data – until we verify whether out legitimate grounds override the grounds for your objection.
    1. Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR) – if we process your personal data on the basis of consent or in connection with the performance of a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and the right to request that those personal data be transmitted to another controller.
    2. Right to object (Article 21 GDPR) – you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data if we are processing it on the basis of a legitimate interest pursued by the controller. However, we may refrain from enforcing your right to object if we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or grounds for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Furthermore, if we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to raise an unconditional objection to such processing at any time.
    3. Right to withdraw consent (Article 7(3) GDPR) – you have the right to withdraw the consent on the basis of which we process your personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

In connection with the use of cookies on our Website, your personal data may be transferred to the USA. In this case, standard data protection clauses as referred to in Article 46(2)(c) GDPR are concluded with the recipients of your personal data.

Other information

We do not make automated decisions (without human intervention) on the basis of the personal data you provide, and we do not use it for profiling purposes.
